Featuring a foreword by United States Ryder Cup team Captain Davis Love III, A Million Wings gives an insider’s look into the Unique tradition of the South’s personal looking golf equipment and lodges. The custom And camaraderie of these famed clubs and their owners are made evident By Wild Abundance Publishing’s signature combination of storytelling And photography that's compelling to anyone with an appreciation for the Outdoor and all that it inspires.

In 2011 on my son's 30th birthday, I gave him a brand new shotgun, plus the first two books in the collection revealed by Arts Memphis. He began looking ducks in Georgia with me at age 10, since passing on the multiple technology custom of hunting, fishing and the love of the outdoors was one in all my most necessary job as a father. These three books report the significance of friendships on the hunting camp or lodge, nice food, the shared efforts of preparing for the hunt etc- all recorded in nice photography. It's just like a quote that I have framed in my home, revealed in the first edition of Wildfowl journal in August/September 1985:"...looking is a sport the place the purpose shouldn't be the sport taken, but the activity by which the game is taken.... The sunrises seen, the obstacles overcome, the risks prevented ...all are a part of it- in actual fact they're the whole of it". These three books, similar to my many photographic sporting journals, document a number of years of this tradition and the way the members of these previous searching golf equipment have passed on that tradition to the subsequent two generations- little children and grandsons and granddaughters.

Should you hunt in Texas, the knowledge gleaned from this ebook is remarkable. Your looking buddies will probably be amazed on the details you know or bored with hearing you discuss about the historical past of looking in this nice state.
