I’m very stunned at some of the…evaluations of this book. I charge it an equal to Serway’s Physics For Scientists and Engineers, Volumes 1 & 2, Forth Edition. It has an easy sequence of topics in a very logical order. The illustrations and sample problems are clear, very clean arrangements. Earlier than you might be influenced by poor reviews… kind in “Paul A. Tipler” in and search-learn a few of the German or different foreign reviews. Most evaluations are excellent.

I used this e book for 3 semesters as a physics major. I’ve T.A.ed the non-major courses and tutored those in it (which use a special ebook than the majors do) and helped my brother with his physics (using yet one more* totally different e book) and I can honestly say that none of them defined the concepts almost in addition to this guide does; even the students I helped agreed with me. The examples are clear and nicely explained, and the abstract at the end of each chapter is an excellent research tool that not many other books hassle to include. They solely embody equations – he consists of equations and concepts. The chapters themselves are nicely structured and carefully thought-out. I explain the issues nicely, but doesn’t go away something necessary out. I am graduating subsequent 12 months as a physics/math major, and I still use it as an invaluable reference. Great book.
